Blemish Peel 20% peel is a medium strength beta hydroxy acid Peel, a highly effective
chemical peel that will help remove the outer layer of your skin, reducing the oil, and
cleaning the pores and reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation. With great
controllability Blemish Peel 20 can be layered with Dermodality’s series of Retinol Peels,
offering greater exfoliation thus reducing the appearance of scaring. DERModality´s Blemish
20 formula is extracted from the willow bark. Our 20% Salicylic acid formula is lipid-soluble in
contrast to water-soluble AHA´s. Because of this, our 20% SA formula easily penetrates into
the lipid plug in a congested follicle. SA is considered both keratolytic and antimicrobial.
Studies show that SA is more effective than glycolic, resulting in decreased comedones,
quicker exfoliation and accelerated improvement of the skin without excessive irritation. Key
